We are committed to making our platform and generated documents accessible to everyone. In line with the Accessibility Directive Act, which comes into effect on 28 June 2025, we are excited to announce upcoming visual changes to our User Interface (UI) and, within the PDFs we generate, specifically to the "Document History" section.

These updates are designed to improve clarity, readability, and overall usability for all users, including those with visual impairments.

Keep an eye on our "What's New" section for further announcements detailing when these changes will be rolled out and the specific improvements you can expect in both the UI and the "Document History" section of our generated PDFs. We believe these enhancements will significantly contribute to a more inclusive and user-friendly experience.

Update:

The first phase of our accessibility updates has now been released, including visual enhancements to the Recipient Portal and SMS Authentication pages. Our next area of focus will be the Checkout wizard, which will be available in an upcoming release.
