If you're using a mobile device to sign a multi-page document and the popup “Review the entire document to unlock the Sign action” won't go away or your Sign button is not visible after you have used Gestures - Pinch to zoom: even after you've scrolled all the way through—here is a quick workaround to get your signing done without having to switch to a desktop computer.

 

 

Zoom out to unlock the Sign Button

 

We're working on a permanent fix for this, but until then, try one of these simple steps:

 

Option 1: The Quick Click (Easiest, works on mobile-supported browsers)

 

  1. After scrolling through the entire document, the error message will be on your screen.
  2. Tap or click anywhere on the page that is outside of the error message box.
  3. The message should disappear, and the Sign button should now be unlocked and clickable.

 

Option 2: Use the Zoom Function (Works well on Chrome Mobile browser)

 

  1. Open your mobile browser's menu (usually three dots or three lines in the corner of the screen).
  2. Find the Zoom function (sometimes listed as 'Desktop site' or 'Text size').
  3. Zoom out (make the page smaller). You may need to go down to 90% or 80%.
  4. The page layout might not look perfect, but you should now be able to scroll through the entire document and click the Sign button successfully.
