My client does not receive email to fill out the self declaration form or the ID-control. What should I do?

Please navigate to the customer in the portal, and use the trash can to delete the self declaration form/ ID-control.
After you have deleted the form, you need to reload the page and then you can send a new one.
Please note that firewalls and email settings can block emails and make sure it is not placed in your trash can.
