If the same person has a key role in two different companies, the system will be able to detect a duplicate. It is then possible to retrieve the information from the ID control carried out in company 1 and use this as an ID control in company 2.

Duplicates will appear on the right side of the persons tab:

When you click on the person, this box will appear with the option to merge the duplicate:

In order to merge a duplicate, the persons cannot have any pending ID controls. Awaiting ID controls need to be completed or aborted before a duplicate can be merged. When this is the case, the following message will be displayed:
