Screening is carried out both at company level and per individual.

Company screening

The company lookup will be performed automatically when adding a new customer project. This step will use the available sources/providers to gather information about the company from public registries.

After the first Company screening is done this will be default. This means that Verified will continuously screen the company against PEP and sanction lists once a day.

Indivdiual screening

In the persons tab the user can perform screening for PEP/Sanction, and send out ID-controls to key roles in the company.

After the user has performed the screening this will be default. This means that Verified will continuously screen the persons in your monitors against PEP and sanction lists once a day.

The following sources are used:

- European Comission Consolidated Sanctions List

- Finnish Freeze list

- PEP, SIP & RCA from Dow Jones

- High risk countries from European Union
