The page is spinning when I try to load a customer in the AML portal.

Try the following:

Log out of the portal and log in again.
Refresh your browser by pressing F5 or Ctrl + R,  then try to open the customer page again.

If there are still problems there might be some corrupt data from data lookups, or the form process. Please contact Verified Support with details.
