How to access: Menu - Settings - Risk and Work flows - Risk Matrices

In risk configuration you can set the range for the risk matrice. 

To access settings press the pen

As a standard setup, the range is set as 1-9, with 3 tiers; Low, Medium and High

Serveral things can be changed in order to fit individual needs like the range, the balande between tiers and the amount of tiers.
